Job Summary:

Manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, modifications and escalate complaints to necessary communication channels.

Job Description:

  • Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to Customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Knowing and having a better understanding of the company products
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Keeping records of customers interactions and transactions in a documented and filed manner
  • providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable and be familiar with the Computer system and it’s core applications
  • Experience working with customer support.
