Customer Service in a Leading Insurance Broking Company
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Qualifications:

OND / HND / B.Sc holders
Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Critical thinking skills, analytical
Proactive
People and customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good English Speaking
Good Telephone skill
Good customer communication skills
Working experience in call center or customer care center.
Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
Skills of persuasion
Computer skills
Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
Must be available full time
Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well
1-3 years experience in Customer service
Good Telephone skill
Must live within Job location (Lagos Island).
Must be an intermediate level user of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
