To keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material regarding the company, welcome quests of the company, address and answer any questions regarding the company

Job Description:

  • Greet quests and provide them with superb customer service
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with Necessary supplies such as pen, forms and paper
  • Answer all client questions and incoming phone calls regarding the company
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate departments and take down messages
  • Monitor, organize and forward Emails
  •  Accept all letters, packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
