We are looking to hire a personal assistant who will be providing full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to a top executive.

Job Description:

  • Ensure proper management of the day to day affairs of the executive
  • Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner; also take initiative as appropriate
  • Maintain the executive’s office systems, including data management and filing
  • Maintain records of the executive’s calls, enquiries and requests
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation for executive
  • Acting as the company’s first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Conducting research on behalf of the management

Skills required:

  • Ability to plan and organize work schedule
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion
    Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft office word, Excel and Power Point Internet surfing skills.
